TRAIL MIX GRANOLA ENERGY BARS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 TBSP coconut oil
  • 1 TSP vanilla
  • 3/4 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 3/4 cup rice crispy
  • 1/2 TSP cinnamon
  • salt
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds

DIRECTIONS:

  • In a bowl, warm up together the honey, peanut butter, coconut oil, and vanilla
  • Mix together all the ingredients on a sheet pan or cookie sheet
  • Spread out the mixture to about half inch thick
  • Let it cool off and cut individual pieces
  • Wrap the pieces in wax paper like candy
