INGREDIENTS:
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 3 TBSP unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 TSP honey
- pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS:
- Beat together the eggs until combined
- Add in 1 cup of milk and the melted butter, honey, salt, and 1/2 cup of flour
- Whisk until there are barely any lumps
- Then add in the rest 1 cup of milk and 1 cup flour
- Whisk until everything is incorporated
- Heat a large pan on low heat
- For every pancake you will use a TSP of butter in the pan
- You should scoop around 1/3 cup of batter for each pancake
- Let it cook fully on one side then flip
- Roll it over in the pan then place on a plate
