Some Tips:
You can substitute anything you want, just make sure to have an even amount of dry to wet
INGREDIENTS:
- 4/5 cup peanut butter
- 3 TBSP honey or maple syrup
- 3 TBSP hot water
- 2 scoops protein powder
- 2 TBSP matcha powder
- 1 cup oats
- 3 TBSP chia seeds
DIRECTIONS:
- In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter and honey
- In a small container, mix together the hot water and matcha powder. Break it up with the matcha brush to ensure everything is dissolved
- Mix the matcha solution into the peanut butter
- Then add in the rest of the dry ingredients
- Once it is all combined, scoop out enough to make 2 inch balls
- You can make it as big or as small as you would like
- Store in refrigerator
