PROTEIN BALLS

Some Tips:

You can substitute anything you want, just make sure to have an even amount of dry to wet

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4/5 cup peanut butter
  • 3 TBSP honey or maple syrup
  • 3 TBSP hot water
  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • 2 TBSP matcha powder
  • 1 cup oats
  • 3 TBSP chia seeds

DIRECTIONS:

  • In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter and honey
  • In a small container, mix together the hot water and matcha powder. Break it up with the matcha brush to ensure everything is dissolved
  • Mix the matcha solution into the peanut butter
  • Then add in the rest of the dry ingredients
  • Once it is all combined, scoop out enough to make 2 inch balls
  • You can make it as big or as small as you would like
  • Store in refrigerator
