INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups half & half
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/8 TSP salt
- 3 TBSP matcha powder
DIRECTIONS:
- For 24 hours, freeze a bowl
- Heat the first three ingredients in a sauce pan over medium heat
- Then add in the matcha powder and stir often
- Stir until it starts to foam and gets very hot but not boiling
- Remove from heat and put into a bowl on top of an ice bath
- Cover with plastic wrap and put in the fridge for 2-3 hours
- Churn 20 minutes and then freeze
