MATCHA GLAZED DONUTS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1 TSP baking powder
  • 1/2 TSP cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 TSP vanilla
  • 1 TBSP coconut oil
  • 2 TBSP sour cream
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 TSP matcha powder

DIRECTIONS:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Mix together the protein powder, oat flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon
  • Add in the milk, maple syrup, egg, vanilla, sour cream and coconut oil and mix until incorporated
  • Spray the donut pan and fill the batter half-way up
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until the toothpick test is clean
  • In a dippable bowl, mix together the yogurt and sifted matcha powder
  • After the donuts cool, dip the tops into the yogurt mixture
