INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1 TSP baking powder
- 1/2 TSP cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 1 TSP vanilla
- 1 TBSP coconut oil
- 2 TBSP sour cream
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 TSP matcha powder
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix together the protein powder, oat flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon
- Add in the milk, maple syrup, egg, vanilla, sour cream and coconut oil and mix until incorporated
- Spray the donut pan and fill the batter half-way up
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the toothpick test is clean
- In a dippable bowl, mix together the yogurt and sifted matcha powder
- After the donuts cool, dip the tops into the yogurt mixture
