HOMEMADE GRANOLA

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 TSP cinnamon
  • 3 cups oats
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • Raisins

DIRECTIONS:

  • Preheat the oven for 300 degrees
  • Mix together the coconut oil, syrup, honey, salt, and cinnamon
  • Add in the oats and almonds
  • Spread out along the baking sheet evenly
  • Bake for 10 minutes
  • Mix around the granola then bake for another 10 minutes
  • You want it lightly toasted and smells like cooked honey
  • Throw in the raisins once you take it out of the oven
