CRUNCH TRUFFLES

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup crushed O's
  • 2 TBSP shredded coconut
  • 2 TBSP cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 2 TBSP honey/maple syrup
  • 2 TBSP milk
  • 2.5 ounces chocolate
  • 1/2 TSP coconut oil

DIRECTIONS:

  • Mix together the crushed O's, coconut, cocoa powder, tahini, honey, and milk
  • scoop into balls then freeze for 20 minutes
  • Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together and then dip the balls into the mixture
  • Freeze for an hour then store in the fridge
