INGREDIENTS:
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 TSP garlic powder
- 1 TSP onion powder
- 1 TSP paprika
- 1 TSP salt
- 1 TSP pepper
- 4 TBSP cornflour/cornstarch
- 100g butter
- 2 TSP garlic powder
- Parsley
DIRECTIONS:
- Peel and cube the potatoes then boil in a pot until tender
- Drain out the water and add the potatoes to a bowl with all the seasonings
- Mash until all is smooth
- Add in the cornflour / cornstarch until a thick firm dough is formed
- You can add more flour here if needed
- Roll into balls and place into the air fryer
- Grease your air fryer pan with oil
- Cook at 392 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy
- Make sure to move around the pieces regularly
- Make your garlic butter by melting the butter and adding in the garlic powder and parsley
- Toss the balls with the garlic butter and serve
