CRISPY POTATO BITES

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1 TSP garlic powder
  • 1 TSP onion powder
  • 1 TSP paprika
  • 1 TSP salt
  • 1 TSP pepper
  • 4 TBSP cornflour/cornstarch
  • 100g butter
  • 2 TSP garlic powder
  • Parsley

DIRECTIONS:

  • Peel and cube the potatoes then boil in a pot until tender
  • Drain out the water and add the potatoes to a bowl with all the seasonings
  • Mash until all is smooth
  • Add in the cornflour / cornstarch until a thick firm dough is formed
  • You can add more flour here if needed
  • Roll into balls and place into the air fryer
  • Grease your air fryer pan with oil
  • Cook at 392 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy
  • Make sure to move around the pieces regularly
  • Make your garlic butter by melting the butter and adding in the garlic powder and parsley
  • Toss the balls with the garlic butter and serve
