Some Tips:
You can use chocolate chips instead of bars -- 1 1/3 cups
INGREDIENTS:
- 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate baking bars (finely chopped)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
DIRECTIONS:
- In a saucepan, heat up the whipping cream to a simmer stirring occasionally
- Remove from heat once it is at a simmer and pour it over the chocolate
- Place a lid on chocolate for 5 minutes then remove lid
- Swirl the chocolate with a silicone spatula staring from the center and working outwards
- Let it sit at room temp for 15 minutes then pour over cake
