INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pack hawaiian sweet rolls
- 2 TBSP butter (melted)
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 TBSP honey
- 1 TSP cinnamon
- 1 TSP vanilla
- Pecans (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Slice the bread into 1-1 1/2 inch cubes and spread around the pan
- Drizzle the melted butter over the bread
- In a bowl combine the eggs, milk, sugar, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla
- Pour over the bread in the pan and lightly dunk the pieces to make sure it all soaked up the mixture. (Add in pecans here)
- Bake for 45 minutes until the custard is set
