BREAD PUDDING W/ SWEET ROLLS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pack hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 2 TBSP butter (melted)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 TBSP honey
  • 1 TSP cinnamon
  • 1 TSP vanilla
  • Pecans (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • Slice the bread into 1-1 1/2 inch cubes and spread around the pan
  • Drizzle the melted butter over the bread
  • In a bowl combine the eggs, milk, sugar, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla
  • Pour over the bread in the pan and lightly dunk the pieces to make sure it all soaked up the mixture. (Add in pecans here)
  • Bake for 45 minutes until the custard is set
