BANANA BREAD 1

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 TSP vanilla
  • 1/2 cup nut milk
  • 3 TBSP coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup flaxseeds
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 2 TBSP chia seeds
  • 1 TSP cinnamon
  • 3 scoops collagen
  • 1 box of simple mills banana or pumpkin muffin mix

DIRECTIONS:

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
  • Get 2 loaf pans and grease it with oil and flour
  • Stir together the banana, eggs, milk, coconut oil, and vanilla
  • Then add in the hemp seeds, flax seed, chia seed, cinnamon, collagen, and box
  • Pour evenly into the two pans and bake for 30 minutes, then cover loosely with foil and bake for an extra 25-30 minutes
  • Take out and let it cool for 5 minutes then flip our onto a cooling rack
