INGREDIENTS:
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 TSP vanilla
- 1/2 cup nut milk
- 3 TBSP coconut oil
- 1/4 cup flaxseeds
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 2 TBSP chia seeds
- 1 TSP cinnamon
- 3 scoops collagen
- 1 box of simple mills banana or pumpkin muffin mix
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
- Get 2 loaf pans and grease it with oil and flour
- Stir together the banana, eggs, milk, coconut oil, and vanilla
- Then add in the hemp seeds, flax seed, chia seed, cinnamon, collagen, and box
- Pour evenly into the two pans and bake for 30 minutes, then cover loosely with foil and bake for an extra 25-30 minutes
- Take out and let it cool for 5 minutes then flip our onto a cooling rack
