BANANA BREAD 1

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 TSP salt
  • 2 TSP baking soda
  • 1 cup veggie shortening
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 6 ripe bananas
  • 4 eggs

DIRECTIONS:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • Get 2 loaf pans and grease it with oil and flour
  • Stir together the flour, salt, and baking soda
  • In another bowl, mix together the veggie shortening, sugar, bananas, and eggs
  • Add dry to wet ingredients until full blended
  • Pour evenly into the two pans and bake for 50-60 minutes
  • Take out and let it cool for 5 minutes then flip our onto a cooling rack
