INGREDIENTS:
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 TSP salt
- 2 TSP baking soda
- 1 cup veggie shortening
- 2 cups sugar
- 6 ripe bananas
- 4 eggs
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Get 2 loaf pans and grease it with oil and flour
- Stir together the flour, salt, and baking soda
- In another bowl, mix together the veggie shortening, sugar, bananas, and eggs
- Add dry to wet ingredients until full blended
- Pour evenly into the two pans and bake for 50-60 minutes
- Take out and let it cool for 5 minutes then flip our onto a cooling rack
